A·S·RContractual claim & evidence assessment

Check a claim against the terms it must meet, before anyone pays, refuses or disputes.

A claim can arrive with a stack of documents and still not prove what the contract requires. The ASR checks the claim against each contractual condition and the evidence supplied, and shows what is proved, what is not, and why.

Each report is an Adjudicated Settlement Record. “Adjudicated” describes the method: every condition is assessed separately against the evidence the contract names. The record is issued by an automated protocol, not a human adjudicator or a statutory adjudication, and it is not a payment decision.

Checks against the termsEach condition the contract sets is assessed on its own: does the evidence come from the source the contract names, and does it meet the standard the contract sets?
Identifies the gapsShows which conditions are met, which are not shown and which are not met, and what evidence would close each gap.
Explains the findingsEvery finding cites the clause and the evidence items it rests on. Certificates, reports, notices and records are logged in an evidence register with who produced each and when.
Issues a verifiable recordA signed record anyone can check was issued by the ASR and has not been altered. Uncertain findings are flagged for a person to review.

One settlement record. Wherever a claim meets a contract.

The same assessment and the same report, whatever the contract. Choose where you work.

Prediction markets and event contracts

Exchanges, settlement and market-integrity teams, their advisers and traders: a settlement claim checked against the market's own rules and named sources.

An independent assessment: it does not replace the market's resolution process, decide a disputed outcome or take part in a settlement vote.

Open the event-contracts site → Rule check before you trade, settlement record after close, and the monitor.

In the 35 filings our settlement-terms monitor has read, every payout rule names where the result comes from; 42% of the fallback rules do.

Construction payment claims

Employers, main contractors and payment reviewers: payment applications, payment and pay less notices, interim payments.

Open the payment-claims site → Pay less notice check, free review checklist and the claim record.

Procurement and commodity buyers

Quality, delivery and acceptance claims: whether the certificates and test reports supplied meet the purchase terms for the lot delivered.

How it works

1

Read the terms

Paste or upload the contract, or just the clauses that govern the claim. The ASR reads what each condition requires before it looks at the claim.

2

State the claim and add the evidence

Say what one side claims is now true, and add each piece of evidence offered, with its source and date where you have them.

3

Review and issue the record

Check the inputs, then issue the report: one record per condition, the finding, the reasoning and what would close any gap.

What the ASR finds

These are illustrations, not a measure of accuracy. Each case is restated at the time of the claim, using only what was known then; the later outcome is shown for comparison. All examples →

What you receive

  • One record for each condition assessed, against the exact clause
  • The finding (Met, Not shown, Not met or Contract unclear) and its reasoning
  • The evidence register: each item, who produced it and when
  • The gaps, and what would close them
  • A flag wherever a person should review the finding
  • A signed record anyone can check is authentic and unaltered

What the ASR does not do

It does not decide whether to pay or withhold payment; that rests with the parties. It does not verify the facts behind the documents, give legal advice, or assess whether the contract is valid or enforceable. It can make mistakes, so check important findings against the original documents. The signature shows where a record came from, not that its finding is right.

Received a record?

Check that an ASR record was issued by the ASR and has not been altered.

Check a record

How a quote is set: the number of conditions the claim turns on, the volume of evidence, and whether files must be described because they have no text (scans and photos). You get the price before any work starts. Ask by email; the request opens with the questions filled in. If a finding cannot be reached on the evidence supplied, the report says so and flags it for review; that is part of the report, not an extra.

Check a record

Choose a signed record file (JSON) to check it was issued by the ASR and has not been altered. The file is checked, not stored.

Data handling and limitations

Your documents

Files are turned into text in your browser; only the text is sent. That text is processed by a third-party AI provider under its commercial terms, which govern its processing and retention. We do not store the text; we keep fingerprints of it, encrypted readings and the structured results, as set out in full below. Submit only material you are authorised to share.

What a record can show

The ASR assesses only the contract terms, claim and evidence supplied, at the time of the claim. It does not establish that the underlying facts are true, and it is not a payment decision, a court judgment or legal advice. Full terms: terms of use.

Before you submit confidential material
Who processes the text. A third-party AI provider, under its commercial terms. Those terms, not ours, govern whether and for how long the provider retains the text. A paying customer can ask for the processing arrangement, and the model version fixed for each methodology version, before submitting anything.

What PNDK keeps. Not your text. A one-way fingerprint of each document (so a record can later be matched to the document it was issued on), readings encrypted with a key derived from your text (they cannot be opened without it), the structured results (each condition's finding), and your sign-in details.

Keeping identities out. The ASR assesses conditions, not identities. You can replace party names, prices and account details with roles (Buyer, Supplier, Bank, the Market) before submitting; findings are unaffected unless a condition turns on the detail removed.

Removal. Email [email protected]. We remove your sign-in details and optional answers and confirm in writing what else is removed. A record you already downloaded can still be checked, because the check uses its signature, not our database.

If in doubt, ask first. For material under a confidentiality obligation, email us before submitting so the arrangement can be agreed.

Automated Adjudicated Settlement Record — not legal advice. The report assesses each part of a claim against the contract terms and evidence supplied in it. It is not a decision to pay or withhold payment, which rests with the parties. It does not establish that the underlying condition is objectively true, and it does not assess whether the contract itself is valid or enforceable. It is not a court judgment, a clearing or payment decision, or a guarantee of the facts; it is issued by the ASR protocol, not by a human adjudicator, and “adjudicated” refers to the method of assessing each condition, not to a statutory or court adjudication. The ASR is automated and can make mistakes; check important findings against the original documents. PNDK Solutions Limited is not a law firm.

Using a record. The purchaser may use the findings for any lawful purpose. PNDK Solutions Limited does not act as a witness or expert, does not give testimony, and does not endorse any use of a record in a proceeding. A party wishing to rely on the findings should have them reviewed and adopted by its own adviser. See the terms of use.

The ASR · assessment

Start an assessment

Step 1 · the contract

Start with one obligation. Paste the contract, market rules or just the clauses that govern the claim; the ASR reads the contract's requirements first. If the terms come from a statute (for example the UK Scheme for Construction Contracts or Malaysia's CIPAA) or a rulebook, paste the relevant sections too: the ASR reads only what is supplied. Check the reading before you continue: the conditions it finds are shown below. If one is misread or missing, correct or add the clause in the box and read the contract again.

Example: a supplier claims a 200-tonne maize delivery meets the moisture requirement. The contract says moisture must not exceed 13.5%, tested by the method it names. Paste that clause; the claim and the lab report come in step 2.

1Contract

Or drag a file onto the box. Files are read in your browser; only the text is sent, to be processed by a third-party AI provider, and we do not store it. Submit only material you are authorised to share; you can replace names with roles. Confidential material.

Step 2 · the claim and the evidence

Read the contract first — the claim is read against that reading.

2Claim being made
3Evidence offeredEach item is numbered for you (E-01, E-02 …). Leave it empty if no evidence was offered.

Scans and photos have no text to read: add an item and describe what they show instead.

Claim cut-off (optional — recorded on the report, not sent to the reader)

The moment the claim is assessed as at. Items published after it are set aside before the claim is read. Times on the evidence items use the same zone. Example: set 30 June 2026, 23:59 to assess the claim only on evidence available by the end of June. Leave it empty to read every item.

Step 3 · review and issue

The report is an automated assessment, not a payment decision or legal advice; its limits are stated on the report itself.
