Version asr-terms-2026-11-05 · in force from 5 November 2026
These terms apply to the Adjudicated Settlement Record (ASR) at asr.pndksolutions.com, to every contract reading and report it issues, and to every record downloaded from it. You accept them when you sign in. If you do not accept them, do not use the ASR.
Who provides the ASR.
The ASR is provided by PNDK Solutions Limited, a company registered in Uganda (“PNDK”, “we”). Contact: [email protected].
What the ASR is.
The ASR is an automated service. It reads the contract terms you supply, then assesses a claim and its evidence against them, condition by condition. It assesses; it does not decide. A report is not a decision to pay or withhold payment, which rests with the parties. It is not a court judgment, an arbitral award, a certificate, or a guarantee of the facts, and it does not assess whether a contract is valid or enforceable.
Not legal advice.
PNDK is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Using the ASR creates no lawyer–client or other advisory relationship.
The ASR can make mistakes.
The ASR is automated and can make mistakes, including misreading a contract, a claim or the evidence. Check important findings against the original documents. The ASR and its reports are provided “as is”, without any promise that they are complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
For business and professional use.
The ASR is offered for business and professional use. By using it you confirm that you use it for the purposes of a business, profession or organisation, not as a consumer.
How you may use a report.
You may use the findings in a report for any lawful purpose, with one exception: a report may not be presented as a neutral resolution of a market that is open to dispute or in a vote.
PNDK is not a witness.
PNDK does not act as a witness or expert, does not give testimony, and does not endorse any use of a report in a proceeding. If you wish to rely on the findings in a dispute, arbitration or court case, have them reviewed and adopted by your own adviser, as that adviser’s own work. You agree not to name PNDK, or its directors, staff or contractors, as a witness or expert, and not to ask PNDK to vouch for a report. Whether a downloaded record is genuine and unaltered can be checked without us: the signed record (JSON) can be checked on this site or against the published public key.
If PNDK is required to take part.
If PNDK receives a summons, subpoena, court order or other request for documents or testimony arising from your use of the ASR, you will reimburse PNDK’s reasonable costs of responding, including the reasonable value of the time spent. PNDK will respond only as the law requires.
Limits on liability.
To the extent the law allows: (a) PNDK’s total liability arising from a report is limited to the fee you paid for that report, and is nil for a free report; and (b) PNDK is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, trading or investment loss, or for any decision to pay, withhold, trade, settle or dispute. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Your data.
How the text you submit and your sign-in details are handled is set out under Your data. We do not store the text of your contract, claim or evidence.
Changes.
We may update these terms. The version in force when a report is issued applies to that report. The version and date are shown at the top of this page.
Separate agreements.
Where PNDK and a client sign a separate written agreement, that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent they differ.
Governing law.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the ASR, are governed by the laws of Uganda. The courts of Uganda have exclusive jurisdiction.
